BREW – Shreveport Brew’s annual tasting festival is back and better than ever. On October 29, 2022 from 2 – 5 p.m., come taste over 100 international and local brews in the heart of downtown. Everyone will be able to find a flavor they love with the selections ranging from IPAs and ales to pilsners and stouts. Same for the food, all the dishes found at Shreveport Brew will be prepared by a handful of the area’s most popular restaurants.

Along with the lovely company of friends and family, patrons will be entertained by some of Shreveport’s best local musicians who are set to perform throughout the festival. The evening’s biggest games will also be streaming on big-screens around the event. For more information on the event visit https://shreveportbrew.com

Kick back with a cold beer in hand, live music in your ears, college football on the screens and delicious local food on your plate. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Shreveport-Bossier won’t be slowing down when it comes to conquering the brewing scene.

Shreveport Brew may only be for one day, but the local traction for breweries will be long-lasting. In the area are many breweries including three acclaimed craft breweries, The Seventh Tap Brewing Project, Flying Heart Brewing and Pub and Great Raft Brewing. New brewery, Red River Brewpub at the Garage in Bossier City’s East Bank District opened on October 14. After being named one of the top breweries in Louisiana by Louisiana Life’s La Nouvelle Louisiane https://www.louisianalife.com/2022-la-nouvelle-louisiane/, renowned brewery, The Seventh Tap Brewing Project, was mentioned in the Louisiana Insider Podcast.
