The Shreveport-Bossier community is comprised of casino-hoppers, partygoers, historians, day trippers, festival lovers, and outdoorsmen, but there’s nothing like our 318 foodies. With the new Eat Here: A Foodie’s Guide to Shreveport-Bossier underway, I thought it would be fun to put our local foodies’ taste buds to the test. This Eat Here Guide will have old-faithful and newfound foodies road-tripping to find back-road burgers, taste-testing on the go at local food trucks, rediscovering their love of cheese at a popular Mexican restaurant, and more. I can’t wait to share the final brochure with you all. The Eat Here Guide is coming soon, but in the meantime, feast your eyes on the 318 Foodie Quiz below. Just FYI – Try scoring a 10/10 because if not, you’ll have to wait for the brochure to launch to see where the food or drink came from!

We are going to be in Shreveport-Bossier City for just one night. We don’t want to leave without some
great cajun food. It would be nice if you added a section on “Cajun” that we could choose from
Hey Sharon, thanks for reading the blog! So glad to know that you love our Cajun food scene! There isn’t a Cajun food section on this blog, but there is a Cajun food section on our main website. Here is the link: https://www.shreveport-bossier.org/dining/cajun-creole/
