You can view the schedule of performances here. The Red River Revel Arts Festival takes place in Shreveport’s Festival Plaza, located at 101 Crockett Street, and admission ranges from free to $5.

The Seratones show proper will begin at 8:30 p.m., but a Music Prize showcase leading up to their performance – complete with a second-line through Festival Plaza – begins at 6 p.m. The festivities involving Seratones ought to make for a fun night on Oct. 5. All of these performances will take place at the CHASE Entertainment Stage in Festival Plaza.

As always, there are some live music gems scheduled for the smaller Eldorado Performing Arts Depot Stage, including performances by Trout Fishing in America, Centenary Suzuki School, Star Chamber, and others. See more of the lineup here. The Revel also features lots of visual artists displaying and selling their work; this year’s festival will debut an “Emerging Artists” section with 32 new and emerging artists.
