Who would have thought it possible in Shreveport to recalibrate your energy in a new age bookstore, realign your spine in a historic home teeming with art or rotate your consciousness in an old storefront? Yoga is sprouting up in Shreveport’s nooks and crannies and the breadth of the offerings and the excellence of the teachers are astonishing for a small city.
Yoga means union, but within union there is diversity. Shreveport proves that. Please enjoy this unique (but by no means exhaustive) list of highly recommended drop-in yoga classes. Multi-week courses and personal training are another topic altogether.
Please verify the given information before attending a class.
