The KCS Holiday Express stops in downtown Shreveport

The Kansas City Southern Holiday Express Christmas Train rolled into downtown Shreveport today, Monday, Dec. 5. Despite the rain, the holiday train will rest in Festival Plaza as long as people are in line according to their Facebook page. Bring the kiddos to see the most festive locomotive around.

The KCS Holiday Express is more than a spectacular sight it’s a charitable moving attraction that only stops here once a year. KCS raises funds throughout the year to provide warm clothing and necessities for children in each community it visits. At each stop along the trail The KCS Charitable Fund makes a contribution to the local Salvation Army while bringing holiday cheer and excitement to kids and families all around. Stop by Festival Plaza this evening to catch a glimpse of the KCS Holiday Express.
